I would like to thank Connor Westbury for being so wonderful to my family when my mother passed. I have never had to make funeral arrangements and they treated me like family through the whole process. Thank ya'll for everything ( especially Adam )
My husband and I want to thank Floy for the compassion she showed during a very difficult time, dealing with a tough situation which made things even harder. She communicated with me in a professional manner and I know that Adam did everything he could to help the family. We do not live in the area, but if we did, and needed their services we would not hesitate to use (or recommend) them.
I have never been a fan of funeral homes, but after the recent death of my stepdad I can honestly say that I have found the only funeral home that my family will use. Adam, you made the whole experience the best and we are so grateful for your compassion and patience and the ability to make people feel so comfortable in such a sad time. You went out of your way to make my stepdads funeral exceptional and dealt with all situations with utmost professionalism . Mike, you helped me with my sons headstone and went way beyond the call of duty and I am forever grateful to you as well. Who else would stay up until midnight and go the extra mile to help me in such a tragic situation. Chad, you treated my 85 year old mother like gold at the cemetery and made her feel very comfortable with everything and you are a definite asset to the company. Thank you to the administrative staff that also helped us and always made us feel supported. May god bless each and everyone of you!
The recent and unexpected passing of my beloved brother-in-law Barry Arnett was a very difficult blow for the Arnett and Carroll families to endure. My sister Bonnie Ann (Carroll) Arnett, my nephew Timothy Kunz and I would like to thank Floy Copeland and Adam Brown of Conner-Westbury for their professional and compassionate assistance in helping us to complete arrangements in the wake of Barry's passing.
We cannot thank you enough for the funeral coordination you provided on such short notice. Your staff was wonderful and took care of everything for us. They were kind, courteous and truly cared that they were doing everything possible to help comfort us during this difficult time. I believe that people are called to certain professions in life and it takes extremely special people to work with a grieving family - I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Dealing with the passing of a loved one is always extremely difficult. Having a funeral home that can walk you through the preparations with kindness, understanding and compassion really makes a difference for the family. One of my close friends recently lost her mother unexpectedly. During a time of grief and having to pull yourself together to make all the necessary arrangements can be overwhelming. Conner-Westbury was able to provide peace of mind to my dear sweet friend as she knew all the arrangements were being taken care of in a proper and professional manner by the staff.
The staff at Conner-Westbury were so gracious and caring during the recent loss of my father. Daddy had made pre-arrangements, for which we are so grateful. Every contact that we had with the funeral home was made easier by the kindness and professionalism of all involved. Our wishes for the service were carried out perfectly. My wife, Kimberly, passed away at age 47, after a long, brave battle with colon cancer. Our family was heartbroken, Mike and his staff overwhelmed us with compassion. Both of my parents have passed in the last year. Mike Conner and the great people that work at Conner-Westbury have made a very trying time a little easier with their compassion and care. This is no regular funeral home by any means, they are a special group of people. These people really care about the people they are serving.
