Excellent service, very professional, the receptionists are really efficient, Celeste infront desk was really very helpful and professional, strongly recommended for any medical studios

I have been using DCA/Rayus for four years due tomy battle with cancer. The techs and scheduling are great. Recently, Ihad anappointment for anMRI which had been scheduled for six months. The date was important tome because Ineeded tohave the test done this year, there was afollow updoctor appointment the following week todiscuss results and Ihad totake time off work. Iget acall at4pm the day before the scheduled test stating they are going tocancel because they failed togetthe authorization from myinsurance company. The representative was not atall concerned about the inconvenience tome. They had six months toget the authorization. Iasked the representative who called mewhen they first attempted toget the authorization and she first answered that morning and then stated they were working onit for the entire six months but mydoctor did not send them the records they needed for the insurance company. Ifind that extremely hard tobelieve because unlike Rayus, mydoctor's office ison top ofthings. Ihad toreschedule the doctor appointment due toRayus' failure and they stated they always get requested records towhoever asks for them ina timely manner. Ihad toreschedule the the test and mentioned the problem tothe scheduler and hetold meI could just work with the insurance company myself. Itis not myjob toget the authorization.… – show

People are great that work there. Very helpful. Reason for low score isbecause they changed the way you check inand now require you tobe there 30minutes early unnecessarily even ifyou have pre-filled out your information. They donot require masks soif you are concerned about other people's germs you better wear your mask!!!!

Everyone atthis location inBoca on441isso kind, patient and helpful.
The front desk was wonderful with meas well aseveryone else Iwatched them assist. They genuinely seemed happy tohelp. Thank you Ornella and Celeste. Steven and Helani we’re also very nice during myprocedure. Jodi inscheduling was great also. Great service everyone!!00

Celeste upfront and everyone there was super nice, Dwight was excellent for X-ray. Extremely fast, smooth, organized and easy. Will definitely come here for future imaging needs asthe place was also extremely clean.

At the reception, Ornella was great. There were 4other people. One man seemed tobe onthe phone, while 2young women and 1young man were just talking amongst each other. When Isaid, anyone? The only one that actually responded was Ornella. Very kind. X-ray and ultrasound took alittle over 1hour.

Made anapppointment 30days out for anxray and echo. Rayus had meregistered 3times and showed both exams were scheduled. When Ishowed upfor the exam, Gloria, inthe front said there were two X-ray scripts and they were missing the echo script, gloria sent meto the assistsnt manager who gave mea fax number and left for the night. Iimmediately call mydoctor's office and the script was faxed over 10minutes later. Iwaited inline totalk toGloria again, she informed methat the faxs gointo database with roughly 10000 faxs, she would have toopen them all tofind myfax, atthat point she said she had notime for meshe had tohelp others. Ithen call mydoctor's office again and wait inthe line for 10minutes, ihad the doctor's office holding onmy phone totry another way toget the script over togloria, She gleefully said there was noother way and called for the next customer, soi got bumped. Frustrated and humiliated Iwrote anemail tocorporate,no response, and Icalled the office manager the next day only toget her voicemail. Iknow now tobring afolder with all the appropriate paperwork, even though Rayus said myappointments were confirmed.… – show
